POA Newsletters and Board Meeting Highlights

Included below are the past twelve months' issues of the quarterly POA "Insider Information" newsletter, the Minutes of the past year's monthly meetings of the POA Board of Directors, the Minutes of the most recent POA Annual Meetings and other miscellaneous meetings, and the most recent Operating Account income statement and balance sheet. The documents are provided to keep you advised of recent developments and items of interest to POA members.

Note that the Minutes of the 2008 Annual Meeting are in draft form only, because they will not become official until the POA Members review and approve them at the 2009 Annual Meeting.

		Approval of Amendments Click the "News Flashes" link, above, to read about the results of the POA Member vote to approve the proposed amendments to the POA By-Laws and the Covenants and Restrictions. Golf Cart Registration If you own a golf cart and drive it within Pawleys Plantation, you are required to obtain a new registration decal. Even if you have registered your golf cart in the past, it must be re-registered to receive a new decal. The application form is on the Legal Docs tab. As a reminder, all golf cart drivers must have a valid driver's license, the vehicle must be insured, and all state and local traffic laws must be adhered to. E-mail Contact Information Even if you don't want to have your e-mail address published in the POA Telephone Directory, it would be helpful if you provide your e-mail to the POA so that we can contact you regarding hurricane warnings or other critical information. If you prefer, your e-mail will not be published in the directory, but will only be used to notify you about critical items. Click on the left e-mail box, above, to send it to us. Tell us whether or not you want to have it included in the 2011 directory.
