ARB GuidelinesThe ARB Manual guidelines have been prepared by the Architectural
Review Board and approved by the POA Board of Directors to ensure the orderly, architecturally pleasing and safe construction of
homesites within Pawleys Plantation. They are also intended to
ensure that residents of Pawleys Plantation continue to reside in a community of homes with the highest
standards of architecture and landscaping. The guidelines are intended for the owners of vacant lots to guide them in the planning of new construction, and for the owners of homes to guide them in the construction of additions or modifications to their existing property. Prior to commencement of new construction or modifications, property owners are required to submit the appropriate ARB Construction Application form to the ARB for approval.
