ARB Guidelines

The ARB Manual guidelines have been prepared by the Architectural Review Board and approved by the POA Board of Directors to ensure the orderly, architecturally pleasing and safe construction of homesites within Pawleys Plantation.  They are also intended to ensure that residents of Pawleys Plantation continue to reside in a community of homes with the highest standards of architecture and landscaping.

The guidelines are intended for the owners of vacant lots to guide them in the planning of new construction, and for the owners of homes to guide them in the construction of additions or modifications to their existing property.

Prior to commencement of new construction or modifications, property owners are required to submit the appropriate ARB Construction Application form to the ARB for approval.

New Property Management Firm

The property management firm for the POA (and HOA's) is K. A. Diehl & Associates, Inc., and their contact information is in the far left column.  Our Property Manager is Kimberly "Kimber"  Ammerata and her assistant is Azure Harper.  Please contact Kimber or Azure regarding any POA or HOA issues.

Pawleys Plantation, LLC, manages the villa/condo rental program, so please contact Michele Lees or Kristi Magrini regarding any rental or tenant issues if you are on the PPLLC Rental Program.
