Guidelines for Residents and Guests

The Guidelines for Residents and Guests have been prepared by the POA Board of Directors to ensure that Pawleys Plantation remains a safe and beautiful residential community, where residents and guests can enjoy its wonderful lifestyle and excellent recreational opportunities.

The guidelines are intended for property owners, personal visitors, rental guests, and vendors and contractors of POA property owners as well as of  Pawleys Plantation LLC. We strongly encourage you to become familiar with these Guidelines.

Also included below are Hurricane Readiness Procedures, to be used as guidelines for residents and guests in case of the threat of a major storm in our area.
