POA Legal Documents

This section contains the key legal documents that provide the governance of the Pawleys Plantation POA. Included are the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws, and the Covenants and Restrictions.

Also included are the forms to use when registering your vehicle or personal golf cart with Pawleys Plantation Security. The forms must be submitted to the Security Gate upon the purchase of a new vehicle or golf cart.

		Approval of Amendments Click the "News Flashes" link, above, to read about the results of the POA Member vote to approve the proposed amendments to the POA By-Laws and the Covenants and Restrictions. Golf Cart Registration If you own a golf cart and drive it within Pawleys Plantation, you are required to obtain a new registration decal. Even if you have registered your golf cart in the past, it must be re-registered to receive a new decal. The application form is on the Legal Docs tab. As a reminder, all golf cart drivers must have a valid driver's license, the vehicle must be insured, and all state and local traffic laws must be adhered to. E-mail Contact Information Even if you don't want to have your e-mail address published in the POA Telephone Directory, it would be helpful if you provide your e-mail to the POA so that we can contact you regarding hurricane warnings or other critical information. If you prefer, your e-mail will not be published in the directory, but will only be used to notify you about critical items. Click on the left e-mail box, above, to send it to us. Tell us whether or not you want to have it included in the 2011 directory.
