POA Legal Documents
This section contains the key legal documents that provide the
governance of the Pawleys Plantation POA. Included are the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws, and the
Covenants and Restrictions.
Also included are an Alternate Designation Form (the Proxy for the POA Annual Meeting)
and the forms to use when registering your vehicle or personal golf cart with Pawleys Plantation Security.
The forms must be submitted to the Security Gate upon the purchase of a new vehicle or golf cart.

New Property Management Firm
The property management firm
for the POA (and HOA's) is K. A. Diehl & Associates, Inc.,
and their contact information is in the far left column. Our Property Manager is Kimberly "Kimber" Ammerata and her
assistant is Azure Harper. Please contact Kimber or Azure
regarding any POA or HOA issues.
Pawleys Plantation, LLC,
manages the villa/condo rental program, so please
contact Michele Lees or Kristi Magrini regarding any rental or tenant
issues if you are on the PPLLC Rental Program.
