POA Legal Documents

This section contains the key legal documents that provide the governance of the Pawleys Plantation POA. Included are the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws, and the Covenants and Restrictions.

Also included are an Alternate Designation Form (the Proxy for the POA Annual Meeting) and the forms to use when registering your vehicle or personal golf cart with Pawleys Plantation Security. The forms must be submitted to the Security Gate upon the purchase of a new vehicle or golf cart.
