This is the website of the Pawleys Plantation
Property Owners Association (POA). We hope that you find its information to be
informative and helpful.
To navigate the site, click on
the colored tabs and you will move to pages with various items of interest
to POA members.
In many cases, the pages contain documents in ".pdf" format that you can read and print.
However, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to do so. To download a free

Voting on the Proposed Amendments to the
POA By-Laws and Covenants and Restrictions
You should have received a
copy of the proposed Covenants and Restrictions and the By-Laws in a
recent mailing. If you did not, please contact Steve Reynolds at K. A.
Diehl & Associates. Or, print a copy of the ballot on the Legal Docs
tab and mail it to KAD.
Click on the links on the
Legal Docs tab to view three versions of each document: the
existing (2001) documents; the 2009 proposed documents; and the 2001
documents with highlighted additions, changes and deletions for 2009.
To adopt the amendments, the
POA must receive approval from at least 67% of all Members, so it is
extremely important that ALL ballots be returned. Thanks
for your assistance.
